Change often starts before we know what needs to change.

It starts with noticing.

Observation → Regulation → Orientation

Observation

Observation helps us notice what is actually happening in our system before we rush to correct it.

Regulation

Regulation can change the conditions in which that system is operating.

But regulation isn't necessarily the destination. Regulation can create enough stability or capacity to orient.

Orientation

And orientation lets us begin asking different questions:

Where am I?

What do I need?

What pattern am I seeing?

What is the next workable step?

This isn't a rigid three-step method. The three steps can form a living loop. We observe, experiment with what helps us regulate, orient to what becomes clearer, and then notice something new.

The posts collected here explore that process through lived experience: noticing patterns, testing structures, discovering what changes, and learning more about how our individual systems work.

Start wherever something feels familiar.

The posts gathered here explore different points along this path. Some begin with observation. Others explore what helps create regulation or what becomes visible once orientation returns.

Together, they are an invitation to notice your own patterns and become curious about what helps your system find its way forward.
